Delete Data

Request deletion of your EzFind cloud data

You can request deletion of the cloud data EzFind stores for your account by emailing support@ezfindchat.com.

What EzFind Can Delete

  • Your EzFind account email and account record
  • Synced tags
  • Chat-to-tag assignments
  • Synced bookmark entries, including bookmark text, optional context, and timestamps
  • Subscription and account metadata stored by EzFind to manage premium access

What EzFind Does Not Control

  • Your ChatGPT or Gemini conversations stored by OpenAI or Google
  • Local browser data still stored on your device unless you remove the extension or clear site/extension storage yourself
  • Payment records maintained by Paddle where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud, or accounting reasons

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@ezfindchat.com with the subject line Delete my EzFind cloud data.
  2. Include the email address used for your EzFind account.
  3. If your billing email is different, include that too.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion is completed.

Important Notes

Deleting EzFind cloud data is separate from canceling a subscription. If you also need billing help, use our Support page.
