Billing and Subscription Support

EzFind uses Paddle for payment processing. Some billing actions may open an external Paddle customer portal from the extension so you can manage or cancel your subscription securely.

Data Deletion Requests

If you want your EzFind cloud data deleted, use our Delete Data page for the exact request format and scope.

Response Expectations

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Complex account, billing, or deletion requests may require identity verification before action is taken.
