If you need help with EzFind, contact us at support@ezfindchat.com. Include the email address used for your EzFind account so we can find your subscription and sync data faster.
EzFind uses Paddle for payment processing. Some billing actions may open an external Paddle customer portal from the extension so you can manage or cancel your subscription securely.
If you want your EzFind cloud data deleted, use our Delete Data page for the exact request format and scope.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Complex account, billing, or deletion requests may require identity verification before action is taken.
